What is Auto-Buy?
Auto-Buy is a standing order for physical metal. You pick a product, an amount and how often, and we place the order for you on schedule. Each order is priced at the live market on the day it runs.
How is each order priced?
At our live price for that product on the day the order runs, the same price you would see on the site that day. There is no locked price, so the amount per order moves with the market.
Can I plan by dollars instead of coins?
Yes. Choose a dollar budget per order and we buy as many whole units as that budget covers at the day’s price.
How do I pay?
Any payment method we accept at checkout. With a saved credit card, each order is charged automatically on its date, with the 3% card surcharge. With wire transfer, paper check, crypto via Uphold, Apple Pay or Google Pay, we email you a secure payment link on each order date and you pay the way you would at checkout.
What if a payment doesn’t go through?
If a card charge is declined we try once more, then email you a payment link. An order that isn’t paid in time is cancelled automatically, nothing more is owed on it, and your plan continues on its next date.
Does shipping cost extra?
No. Every Auto-Buy order ships free, fully insured and tracked, in discreet packaging.
Can I skip, pause or cancel?
Anytime, with no fee, from My Account → Auto-Buy. Changes made before an order date apply to that order.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Auto-Buy runs on your Ausecure account, which is free to open. Your plan uses the billing and shipping address on your account.
