When you place an order, we lock your price and commit to supplying your metal at that price, whatever the market does next.
Metal can’t just go back on the shelf
A returned coin or bar has to be shipped back insured, re-verified, restocked and resold into a market that may have moved, and the inventory set aside for you has to be resupplied at a different price. Keeping every sale final keeps live pricing the same for every customer.

Can I return or cancel my order?
No. All sales are final. Once you place an order, its price is locked to the live market, so orders can’t be returned, cancelled for a refund, reversed or charged back.
Why are all sales final?
Precious metals are priced off a market that moves every few seconds. When you order, we commit to that price and source your metal at it, so a later return would mean one side absorbs the market move.
