- Choose the wallet to pay fromUnder Pay from, pick a wallet that covers the order total plus Uphold’s conversion fee. Each wallet shows its value in U.S. dollars.
- Place your orderReview your order and place it. The total is sent from the wallet you chose, and your order number appears on the Uphold transaction.

Which payment option is Uphold at checkout?
Choose Blockchain Payments. That is our Uphold payment method: you log in to Uphold and pay from one of your Uphold wallets.
Do I need an Uphold account?
Yes. To pay with Uphold you log in to your own Uphold account during checkout. You also need a free Ausecure account, because guest checkout is not available. Open one here.
Which wallet should I pay from?
After you connect, the Pay from list shows the wallets in your Uphold account with their value in U.S. dollars. Choose one that covers the order total plus Uphold’s conversion fee.
Is there a surcharge for paying with Uphold?
Ausecure does not add a surcharge for Uphold payments. Uphold may charge its own conversion fee, which Uphold sets.
How do I know my payment went through?
You will see your order confirmation, and your Ausecure order number appears on the Uphold transaction. Your order then shows in My Account.
What if my Uphold payment does not go through?
Nothing is charged. Check that the wallet you chose covers the total plus Uphold’s conversion fee, choose a funded wallet, or place a smaller order. Uphold support can explain a decline, and our desk is happy to help at 1-855-528-4653.
Can I open my Ausecure account with Uphold?
Yes. On the sign-up page you can sign up with your email and a password, or sign up with Uphold.
